I recently saw and photographed a winter rainbow from my window in Ashland, Oregon, thus bringing a symbolic cultural myth of hope to end the 2008 year.  There's been a lot of talk of hope for the new year and hope is fine, but the proof is in the works and we've got a lot of work to do if we're going to flourish in 2009. 

The good news for internet marketers and especially those utilizing social and social media sites as vital tools with SEO, is that these tactics are now seen as one of the most valuable marketing tools alongside video.  Sites like twitter, facebook, squidoo and wordpress.com have consistently shown that organic top results can be had with the proper strategic approach.

Just a little thought for the new year – may your skies be filled with rainbows and your coffers filled with the gold of old from the pot at the end of the rainbow.
